The staff was kind and attentive. When we were stormed out of the LTL24 music festival, they provided karaoke for the guests - who really enjoyed it. One morning during breakfast, they saw my son looking for bacon and brought a plate out to him which was very sweet. The hotel was always very clean - especially since all ofthe festival guests were mudding returning to the hotel.

The free shuttle service and breakfast included are all great things and it was all for a very reasonable price. The room was clean and comfortable. It included a fridge and coffee, which is really nice for an early departure like I had.

Shuttle service to the Bourbon & Beyond event. Great location. Staff went above and beyond to get us checked in a little early so we could get settled before attending Bourbon & Beyond.

We were shuttled to and from the Fair/Expo Center which was very helpful so we did not have to pay for parking or find a parking space. All of the staff at the hotel were extremely nice and accommodating.

the best place to stay in Louisville. you can’t beat the price most times unless it’s peak times…but the staff is absolutely THE best part of this hotel. i stay here a lot for work. they are always accommodating and friendly. I tell everyone about this place. They accommodated us well this night when we had a group of people. Candise who works the front desk has the best personality and I am glad when I see a familiar face when I check in! she truly deserves a raise!

Very quick check-in. Our first room hadn't been cleaned yet, so we went back to the front desk and had a new room within minutes. Quiet. Clean.

At first when my wife came back from checking us out and showed me the receipt for 2 days as $713.00 and said shouldn't we have gotten some sort of group rate. I went to ask if a mistake was made and our bill was readjusted to to a ridiculous $360.00, but better than what it was. We were in town for the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association National Convention.

Breakfast was great, location to the Expo center was perfect, the shuttle service to the Expo and to the airport back and forth was excellent!
